Off The Hook Seafood Festival October 1

October is National Seafood month and I can’t think of a better way to kick if off than heading to the Santa Monica Pier for the 2nd annual Off The Hook Seafood Festival.

Who can you expect? The Lobster, Gladstone’s, FIG, BOA, 1212 Global Dining and Spin Fish to name a few. Imagine eating oysters, shrimp, mussels, sushi, fish….OMG I’m making myself so hungry right now. You’ll get an amazing variety of seafood by some of the best seafood restaurants in town. Wanna eat what’s in the ocean? Go to the ocean.

There will be lots of cocktails, chef demos, a seafood VIP lounge and live music. Proceeds benefit the Westside Food Bank. I love it when there’s a purpose and the purpose of Off The Hook is to highlight Santa Monica’s unrivaled seafood offerings and to help raise awareness for the sustainable seafood movement.

Get your tickets here. This event is for folks 21 and over. Also as many of you know parking can be a pain in the arse at the beach so either take the new metro line (which literally drops you off two blocks from the pier…AWESOME SAUCE) or check out the ticket link for parking lot info. I’ll see you there!
