Taste of Huntington Beach Back Again to support the Children’s Library

The 16th annual Taste of Huntington Beach is back again on April 24th from 12pm-4pm and will feature 80 different restaurants this year. An all-inclusive ticket includes unlimited samples of food, beer, and wine in a covered outdoor grassy setting taking place over at the HB Sports Complex.  In addition, gift baskets will be available for bid in a silent auction to raise funds in which all proceeds will benefit the Children’s department of Huntington Beach Public Library.

During the event, judges will be voting for their favorite restaurants and last years winners include: Market Broiler, Sandys, and Ritters SKC.  If you spot a familiar food judge this year, chances are, that is celebrity judge Simon Majumdar (Dubbed the toughest critic from The Food Network. ) seen from The The Next Iron Chef and Cutthroat Kitchen.

For entertainment, past attendees have brought their own lawn chairs to claim their spot and dance to the sounds of the live bands. Performing this year, local favorites Chris Farmer Duo (former musical director of the legendary Beach Boys) and 80s cover band After Party will be on stage playing some of your favorite tunes.

Tickets: General admission tickets are $70 . VIP tickets are $90 and includes all  complimentary hors d’oeuvres & champagne in the exclusive VIP area from 11 AM – 12 Noon, 20 min. early entry to the main taste tent, VIP tote bag, Free valet parking, and all the perks of General Admission.  Designated Driver tickets are only available online and can purchased for $60 for GA and $80 for VIP.
