This Saturday, July 26th, the Santa Ynez Valley Historical Museum’s popular summer fiesta party will return with a new twist. In celebration of the newly installed temporary exhibit, Uncorked: Evolution of Wine in the Santa Ynez Valley, this year’s midsummer benefit, entitled Fiesta in the Vines, will feature a special wine tasting of over 20 Santa Ynez top wineries, including both old favorites and new, award winning boutique wineries.
Alongside the wine will be bountiful food stations of tasty hors d’oeuvres prepared by local chefs as well as entertainment by popular Santa Barbara Fiesta dancers. It will be a night of pure fun and enjoyment to celebrate the Valley’s vineyards’ bounty.
Fiesta in the Vines will also host an exciting Starter Wine Cellar Raffle, featuring an unparalleled prize of 100 bottles of premium Santa Ynez Valley wine. The wine prize is valued at approximately $5000 and includes magnums and bottles from a wide variety of award winning local wineries. Other prizes include unique furniture made from wine barrel staves by Eco-Wine of Solvang, vineyard landscape photography by Philip Gerlach Photography and cash prizes. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Santa Ynez Valley Historical Museum.
Tickets to Fiesta in the Vines are $40 for Museum Members and $55 for Non-Members
Fiesta in the Vines tickets and Starter Wine Cellar Raffle tickets are available on the Museum website here or for purchase at the Museum, 3596 Sagunto St. in Santa Ynez.
