A.O.C. on West Third Street will be celebrating the eve of 2014 by having a Noche Vieja – or Spanish New Year’s Eve. Guests will enjoy six Spanish-styled courses, including tapas of Spanish cured meats and bacalao with roasted peppers; grilled quail with chorizo; and paella, prepared by chef de cuisine Lauren Herman.
