Oh Tin Vong, please take over my kitchen! You would know what do to with the myriad of vegetables and fruits that I buy from my local Korean market with the best of intentions! they sadly wilt away into dessicated fossils, while I gorge on microwaved popcorn for dinner. yes, I would gladly throw that popcorn away for you–unless you want to incorporate it into one of your amazing small plate dishes!

If I had the opportunity to choose one chef it would have to be Emily Collins because of her creativity and inspirational dishes that she brings to the table. This is a unique with a palate with amazing taste, quality, and experience to back her up.

It has to be Tin Vuong! His P.I.G. Poptarts at Abigaile’s are a mind-bending culinary dream that haunt me on a daily basis. I love cooking, watch far too much Food Network and have more ingredients and utensils cluttering up my kitchen than I know what to do with. I would love more than anything to have Tin come in and show me order in all the chaos that is my kitchen!

Jet Tila is my pick. He’s been around a long time and could teach me a thing or two about Asian technique & flavors.

I would absolutely love to have Tony DiSalvo take over my kitchen. The Viceroy is one of my favorite places to eat in Santa Monica and he is such a talented chef! It would be a dream!

I would try to get Dean mcdermott to come over since I too am a father but I only have 2 kids. Maybe he can work his wonder and babysit them after as well!
